What services do you offer?

We provide all of our clients with a comprehensive service that not only simplifies your search for an office space, but gives you the greatest access to properties across the entire market, at the best possible price. Once we have identified potential office space(s) that meet your specific needs, we will then arrange the viewings, negotiate the lease/membership terms and assist you with everything up until the finalisation of the contract(s). Once everything is concluded, we are still here to support you and the team with any questions or issues relating to your space.

How do you know what space is right for my business?

We are hugely experienced in dealing with businesses of all shapes and sizes, from Global Enterprise companies to one-person start up’s. Thoroughly understanding your business's requirements, brand and culture is paramount and will enable us to vet the market accordingly. We will always take into account your budget, desired location(s), size, potential growth projections, and of course specific amenities or services that are important to you and your staff. Once we have a full understanding, we then curate a list of spaces that align with your goals.

What are the costs involved for using your service?

Our services are completely free to our clients, as we receive an industry standard fee from the provider/landlord following the successful referral.

How much flexibility can you provide my business when it comes to specific lease terms?

We appreciate that our clients need as much flexibility as possible when it comes to finding a new space. With ever changing market conditions, business expansions/contractions, we want you to feel secure but not confined to long and inflexible lease terms. Not only can we help you secure anything from monthly rolling contracts, all the way to 5 years +, but we will also consider areas such as favourable renewal rates, early termination options and of course ‘added extras’ to ensure you always get the best possible deal.

Do you provide support after any lease or membership has started?

Absolutely! We are always here to support our clients throughout any agreement that we helped facilitate. We pride ourselves in keeping strong relationships with all of our clients, so whether it be an operational question or issue within your space, we are always on hand to get it resolved quickly and efficiently.
